• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
• Exchanges are subject to availability and can only be made for items that are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items:

• Gift cards are non-returnable.

Damages and Issues:

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:
